Conflict of Interest & Compensation Disclosure

Golden Life Group LLC provides fiduciary services (including trust and estate administration, bill payment, and conservatorship administration) and also provides licensed insurance services through our licensed insurance producer activities. These are distinct roles with different responsibilities:
Fiduciary role

When Golden Life Group acts as a fiduciary, we owe legal duties to manage assets and act solely in the best interests of the client or beneficiaries. Fiduciary duties require impartiality, prudence, and full disclosure of material facts.
Insurance role

When Golden Life Group (or an affiliated licensed insurance producer) provides insurance advice, placement, or insurance products, compensation for those services may include commissions, fees, or other forms of remuneration paid by insurers or third parties.

How we manage potential conflicts:

Advance disclosure. We will disclose in writing, and in advance, whenever a recommended insurance product or any third-party relationship could result in compensation to Golden Life Group or its staff.

Written consent. If we act in a fiduciary capacity for you and also recommend or place insurance products for you, we will disclose the precise compensation arrangement and obtain your informed written consent before proceeding.

Alternatives. We will explain reasonable alternatives (including independent, fee-only options) if available.

Recordkeeping. We maintain records of all disclosures and signed client consents and will provide copies upon request.

If conflict cannot be managed. If a conflict cannot be managed in a way that protects the client’s best interests, we will decline the insurance engagement or recommend independent advice.

Questions / complaints:
Contact: Gregory Nunez — gregory@goldenlifegroupllc.com or (949) 444-0234. For legal or regulatory questions, clients may consult independent counsel or the appropriate licensing authority.

Note: This disclosure is a public-facing statement and is not legal advice. If you will act in court-appointed fiduciary roles (conservatorships, guardianships, or court accounting duties), have counsel review final wording for regulatory compliance.
